Striking vintage salt and pepper shaker set featuring substantial faceted clear crystal/glass bodies with classic silver-tone perforated tops. The geometric facets beautifully catch and reflect the light, giving this matching pair an elegant Mid-Century table presence. Perfect for a dining table, bar cart or collected vintage kitchen, and especially attractive alongside crystal glassware, silver-tone serving pieces and other Mid-Century tableware.
DETAILS
• Matching pair of salt and pepper shakers
• Faceted clear crystal/glass bodies
• Silver-tone perforated screw-on tops
• Maker and origin unknown; no markings found (possibly Post House)
• Likely circa 1960s–1970s
• Approx. 5.75"H × 2.25"D each
CONDITION
Good vintage condition with visible wear consistent with age and use. Crystal/glass bodies present beautifully with light surface wear. Metal tops show substantial tarnish, plating loss, discoloration and surface wear. On one shaker, the threaded metal collar is stuck inside the top; the top and collar still screw on and off the glass together, allowing the shaker to be opened and filled normally.
