Shipping policy

From a small glass treasure to a substantial piece of furniture, each AJB find needs the right trip to its next home. Shipping rates are available at checkout. Phoenix pickup is available by appointment, and local delivery may be available for an additional quoted charge.

Checkout shipping

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on your items and destination. Review the selected delivery method before completing your order. If an option does not appear or the amount looks unusual, contact hello@ajbcollection.com with the item link and your delivery ZIP code before purchasing.

Buying multiple items

Our shipping setup can sometimes add together charges that are higher than the cost of safely shipping several pieces together. When we can combine your items and the shipping charge exceeds the final shipping cost, we’ll refund the excess to your original payment method.

You’re also welcome to compare the total shipping cost of a combined order with separate checkouts and purchase items individually if that is less expensive. Not every piece can travel in the same box, especially fragile, oversized or unusually shaped items. Contact us if you’d like help reviewing the options before ordering.

Freight & oversized pieces

The current freight shipping charge at checkout is $500. Because freight costs vary by item, destination and delivery access, we recommend requesting a personalized quote before purchasing; your cost may be lower. Send us the item link, delivery ZIP code and any access details, such as stairs, elevators or building requirements.

If you purchase using the $500 freight checkout rate and the final shipping cost is lower, we’ll refund the shipping overage. We’ll coordinate the delivery arrangements with you. Inside delivery, placement, assembly, stairs and white-glove service are not included unless specifically confirmed in your delivery arrangement. Freight items are excluded from change-of-mind returns; please read our return policy before buying.

Processing & delivery

We prepare and pack each order individually. Processing and transit time vary by piece, packing needs and carrier availability. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We’ll share tracking or freight coordination details when available and communicate material delays.

Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact information. Let us know promptly if anything needs to change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Phoenix pickup & local delivery

Pickup is by appointment. We’ll confirm the pickup location, timing and any loading arrangements directly. Bring a suitable vehicle and help if needed, and inspect your piece before taking possession. Contact us before purchasing to ask about local delivery availability, pricing and access requirements.

Careful packing & delivery concerns

We choose packing and shipping methods appropriate to each piece and use insurance when appropriate. If your order arrives damaged, keep the item and all packaging, take clear photos and contact us as soon as possible. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the delivery paperwork when possible. We’ll work with you and the carrier toward a resolution.
