A striking vintage Hazel-Atlas salt and pepper shaker set featuring tall cobalt blue pressed glass shakers displayed in an aged metal carrying caddy. The rich blue glass and geometric paneled design make this an especially eye-catching piece of vintage kitchenware.
Dating approximately to the Depression-era/early mid-century period, the set retains both shakers, their metal screw-on lids and the coordinating metal caddy.

• Metal screw-on shaker lids
• Metal carrying/display caddy
• Hazel-Atlas H-over-A maker's mark molded into glass
• Mold markings appear to read “2 K 4805”
• Made in the USA
• Estimated circa 1930s–1940s
• Vintage Original
• Exact pattern currently unknown
• Shakers measure approximately 5.5" H each
• Complete set measures approximately 6" H × 6" W
CONDITION
Good vintage condition with age-related wear.
The cobalt blue glass is free from chips and cracks. The metal shaker lids have dents as well as age-related surface wear and tarnish. The metal caddy shows substantial age-related patina, oxidation, finish wear, discoloration and surface marks throughout, giving it a naturally aged appearance. The metal has been left with its existing patina rather than aggressively polished or restored.

ABOUT THIS PIECE
Hazel-Atlas was a major American glass manufacturer known today for its colorful Depression-era and vintage kitchen glass. The molded maker's mark on these shakers is consistent with the company's recognizable overlapping H-and-A trademark. Their rich cobalt color, tall paneled glass bodies and coordinating metal caddy make the complete set particularly attractive for display. While Hazel-Atlas produced several collectible cobalt blue patterns, we have not conclusively identified the exact pattern of these shakers and therefore have chosen not to attribute them to a specific pattern. Perfect for a collection of vintage kitchenware, cobalt glass, Depression glass or American-made vintage glass.
