Antique Victorian Washstand Commode Knapp Joint Granite Top Late 1800s

A genuine late-19th-century Victorian washstand or commode with distinctive Knapp pin-and-cove drawer joinery, a construction method strongly associated with American factory-made furniture from approximately 1871–1900. The compact cabinet combines a full-width upper drawer, two smaller drawers and a paneled cupboard, with restrained Eastlake-style architectural detailing and ornate brass-tone bail pulls. Originally designed as a washstand, today it would work beautifully as a small entry cabinet, nightstand, bathroom storage piece, bar cabinet or character-rich accent table. A loose speckled granite top has been paired with the cabinet; it is not attached and is a later addition rather than the original top.
