A striking signed studio art glass centerpiece bowl with a deeply ruffled, eight-lobed rim and vivid swirling decoration in pink, amber, brown and blue-gray against a luminous pale yellow ground. A dark amber-brown lip wrap traces the sculptural rim, while a clear applied foot gives the large bowl a light, elevated profile. The artist's engraved signature is visible on the underside but has not been conclusively identified. At approximately 12 inches across, this substantial bowl makes a dramatic centerpiece on a dining table, console or coffee table and works beautifully in eclectic, contemporary, maximalist and collected interiors.
