A wonderfully aged antique brass cauldron featuring a rounded pot-bellied form, substantial swing bail handle and decades of naturally developed patina, oxidation and verdigris.
At more than 13 inches wide, this is a substantial decorative vessel with fantastic presence. Its beautifully weathered brass surface makes it especially suited for use as a planter, fireplace or hearth accent, floral vessel, storage piece or standalone primitive décor.

CONDITION
Antique condition with extensive age-related wear and patina throughout.
The brass shows tarnish, oxidation, verdigris, scratches, discoloration, surface marks and areas of corrosion consistent with age and previous use. The interior has considerable oxidation, verdigris, residue and surface deterioration. Old seams, solder/joinery and construction marks are visible. Water-tightness has not been tested.
The piece has intentionally been left in its naturally aged condition rather than aggressively polished or restored.
