1920s French Art Deco Goose Head Dining Chairs Upholstered Pair

Striking pair of circa-1920s French Art Deco dining or accent chairs featuring sculptural hardwood frames, oval upholstered medallion backs and distinctive carved goose-head terminals. Rounded crest rails sweep gracefully down the sides toward the carved heads, while curved front legs and saber-style rear legs complete their elegant early Art Deco silhouette. The chairs have been professionally reupholstered in a geometric fabric with muted rust, gold, gray and mauve tones. Their unusual sculptural form makes them beautiful as dining chairs, occasional seating, desk chairs or statement accent chairs in an Art Deco, eclectic, traditional or collected interior.
