Vintage G.I. Joe Flocked hair Eagle Eye Land Commander with scar on face. Hasbro 1975 and 1976. Features the Eagle Eye allowing you to move his eyes with a lever in the back of his neck. This was a brand new feature for the Joes in 1975. Complete outfit minus the gun I believe.
