This vintage, iconic lamp is a rare find. It was designed and produced in Italy by Hans Ansems for Luxo in the 1980's. The lamp features twin heads and extending arms that can be positioned to suit your needs. There are dual switches which allow for either or both lights to function. I purchased the lamp from a collector's estate and discovered that one of the switches was not working. Since the lamp and parts are no longer produced, the lamp repairman could only find larger switches and he took it upon himself to cut into the lamp plastic in order to replace the switches. He was not able to find the appropriate covers for the switches, thus the top of the lamp is not in the original condition and has been deeply discounted from its $1200 resale value.
