Its slim profile, warm brass finish and weighted round base give it the classic library and reading-lamp look Stiffel is known for, while the adjustable design makes it especially functional. Ideal beside a reading chair, sofa or desk, the lamp adjusts from approximately 34.5" to 54" high and holds securely throughout its range. The shade directs light downward for reading or task lighting, and the dimmer allows the brightness to be tailored to the setting.

DETAILS
• Maker: Stiffel
• Type: Adjustable pharmacy / reading floor lamp
• Brass construction / finish
• Adjustable height: approximately 34.5"–54"
• Overall width: approximately 20.5" including shade and base
• Reach from center post to end of shade: approximately 15"
• Base diameter: approximately 10"
• Dimmable socket with freely turning switch
• Stiffel label present inside shade
• UL portable lamp label present
• Interior label specifies 60-watt tubular showcase bulb
• Brown electrical cord
• Made in the USA
• Exact model number and production date have not been confirmed (Late 20th century; probably 1980s–1990s)

CONDITION
Good vintage working condition with age-related cosmetic wear.
